Textile/Non-Woven
A variety of masterbatches have been designed to provide
a wide range of benefits ranging from enhanced resin processability
to end product properties modification. In some of the more difficult
to process fibers, we offer process aid concentrates to reduce die lip
build up an increase throughput in resins like PE and PET that are effective
at levels as low as 300 ppm, depending on the process. In other cases,
our masterbatches have modified the surface of non-woven fabrics to
provide better wettability or increased repellency depending on the
desired property.
Film/Sheet
Slip agents, stabilizers, antistats, and processing aid
concentrates provide benefits in a wide range of polymer systems. We
offer masterbatches that help in the elimination of melt fracture in
difficult to process resins, or offer higher slip durability in complex
polymer systems like plastomers. We also offer some antiblock concentrates
for OPP film.
Automotive
A variety of automotive components can be produced using
our concentrates. Products ranging from under-the-hood parts to interior
components can be molded or modified with custom masterbatches. They
provide properties such as improved scratch and mar resistance, increased
gloss, and improved mechanical properties.
